Pleasant Hope Missionary Baptist Church invites the entire community to join us as we celebrate 20 years of faith, service, and family. This special anniversary celebration will take place during our regular Sunday worship service, where we will honor our past, celebrate our present, and look with hope toward our future.
Under the leadership of our pastor, Rev. Tony Young Sr., we are delighted to welcome Rev. Jarvis Cole of Visitor's Chapel M.B. Church in Lambert as our special guest speaker for the occasion.

Honoring Our History
Pleasant Hope Missionary Baptist Church was founded in 2005 under the visionary leadership of the late Rev. Reginald G. Griffin. His faith, wisdom, and deep love for God’s people laid the spiritual foundation for the church family we are today.
Through his pastoral guidance, two historic congregations—New Hope M.B. Church of Vance and Pleasant Ridge M.B. Church of Lambert—came together as one. This union formed a unified body rooted in more than 100 years of collective history, prayer, and service to the Lambert and Vance communities.
Rev. Griffin’s legacy lives on in every song sung, every soul reached, and every act of hope shared. As we celebrate this 20-year milestone, we remember the man who helped shape our beginning and give thanks to God for the journey we continue together.
